About the Doctor

After a terrifying car accident in 1987 and personally experiencing the benefits of chiropractic, I decided to become a chiropractor to help others achieve health - the natural way. As I found out, the body has an amazing ability to recover and heal itself.

I completed my undergraduate pre-requisite program at Kennesaw State University and Life University. I then went to Dallas, TX for my four-year (4800 hours) postgraduate chiropractic education at Parker College of Chiropractic - graduating with my Doctor of Chiropractic in December of 1994.

After 2 chiropractic internships, one in Seattle and one in Montreal, I landed in Colorado in 1996. After taking and passing the Colorado state boards I received my state certificate and license in acupuncture in 1997. I took over City Center Chiropractic, a twenty year-old practice, from the retiring doctor in 1998.

I perform many different types of chiropractic techniques including Diversified or Manual technique, Thompson Drop and Activator.

I have a passion for children and I am a licensed pediatric chiropractor and a fellow with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I am a certified WEBSTER practitioner, a technique that has been effective in assisting pregnant women with in-utero constraint. I am a member of the ICPA, the Colorado Chiropractic Association and Colorado Women’s Chiropractic Association.

I am a wife and the very proud mother of 2 young boys who receive regular chiropractic adjustments and who are healthy and happy. I firmly believe in fixing the underlying cause of the problem, not just the symptoms and that life is better when you’re well adjusted.
